Parking markings next to C building is extremely faded and ended up getting my car towed without a warning while helping my friend move. The apartment took zero ownership of the nonvisible markings and blamed it on the resident. Incredibly disappointed and will not be considering this establishment in the future.
Terrible cleaning service!
Just settle down into a new apartment with lots of dust and human leftovers.
The bathroom was cleaned partially.
Windows are totally disgusting with no effort to clean it before moving in.
The walls seem to be renewed but ragged done with lots of issues.
We have been living this complex for the last year with a gorgeous new apartment and were not expecting so dirty place at another one unit.
Besides the bad news, there is no exemption for you or discount provided if you are willing to stay (renew) the lease up to the next year. No penny less.
Also, I have discovered that if you are a new customer, you can get a better deal than a loyal occupant for sure. That is not fair at all.
First I want to start off with stating that Aminata, Bree, (leasing agents)and Scott (head of maintenance) is GREAT!! The property itself can use some upgrades and better security when it comes to entering and exiting the building's. There is a call box but half the time it is not working. Parking is horrible around here. There is no visitor parking due to the tenants parking their car (s) there. Visitors have no where to park. The strategy they use to control parking around here is horrible.
Pets are allowed (not for real but they do) to use the restroom anywhere they like.
Concerns that are important to the tenant (me) are not a big concern to the office especially when it is affecting my livelihood.
The rooftop has a nice view but the furniture is dirty. The grills are dirty. The tv does not work. Some how and some way the non residents have access to the rooftop and I don’t know how cause these are “security buildings”.
There is security but 9 times out of 10. If you call them they will be at another property.
Tenants have roaches and staff does not take that serious.
Bree, David, and Scott have made our move out to the west coast a breeze. When we weren’t happy with the unit provided Bree was quick to get us in the proper one. Scott is super friendly and helpful! Saved our butts when we locked ourselves out of our trailer too!! David is an absolute gem. Clean and well maintained property.
I have been living at this property since 2021. I appreciate how the management creates a atmosphere that is inviting. She thinks of fun creative ways to celebrate on Holidays.
Also Amy made my transfer into a new unit very convenient , she is amazing at what she does. She has a big heart
Bre also is very helpful with attention to details. She greats with a smile on her face and is kind.
Scott from maintenance is on top of work orders and that makes love so much easier.

I have just renew my lease at Midtown 64 for the 3 year. i like my apartment it is safe, secure, you need the fob for 3 door to access the elevator. the office staff Paula, Aminata, Bree & David are nice and useful. the maintenance crew is alway quick to help with the work order
Great tour David! The experience was amazing. We had little snack and were very comfortable touring the property with David. He listened well and knew exactly what we were looking for. Great job making us feel at home.
I have been living here at midtown64 for 2 years. I love the leasing office staff especially Aminata, David, Bree and Paula. They have been very helpful especially during hard times including Covid. If you are looking for a new place to stay come visit my favorite leasing team.
